| 摘 要： | 学习贯彻《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》,陕西民办高校必须创新机制,完善法人治理结构,建立现代大学制度;推行教学科研相结合的发展机制;改革用人机制,打造实力雄厚的教师队伍;强化差异化办学、特色办学机制。只有以机制创新推动民办高校发展,才能创办一批我国高水平的民办高校。

| Abstract: | The study and implementation of the＂ national medium and long - term educational reform and develop- ment program＂, and the policy to strengthen the private higher learning institutes in Shaanxi require scientific - de- veloped mechanism. It is pointed out that in the paper the private colleges in Shaanxi must innovate the mecha- nism, perfect the corporate governance structure, establish the modern university system; implement the develop- ment by combining the teaching and research, reform the employment mechanism, create a strong contingent of teachers and strengthen the dissimilation and characteristics of the universities to build up high level private univer- sities in China. |
