摘 要: | 师范生实践教学能力的培养是高等师范教育的一个重要方面,对师范生的职后发展具有举足轻重的作用。从教学论知识、微格教学、自我反思等几个方面研究其对师范生实践能力发展的作用表明,教学论知识在师范生实践教学能力形成的初期作用显著,而微格教学的有效实施、师范生的自我反思能力对其教学能力的发展影响显著,其次,教育专题研习也间接影响着师范生实践教学能力的发展。

Abstract: | Training of practical teaching ability of normal school students is an important aspect in higher normal education, and it plays a crucial role in professional development of normal school students. The paper discusses the effect of this ability from aspects of teaching methodology, microteaching and self - reflection. The result shows that teaching methodology is very important in the initial stage of forming the practical teaching ability while the ef- fective application of microteaching and ability of self - reflection have remarkable influence on teaching ability de- velopment of normal school students; secondly, educational project learning also influence the development of the teaching ability indirectly. |
