从教学目标向教育目标迈进——通识教育视角下的大学英语教育改革升级探索

摘    要:我国大学英语教学改革在围绕教学目标取得阶段性成果的同时,面临着新一轮的教改升级。在对2004年以来大学英语教改成果与问题进行梳理分析的基础上,透过《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》和通识教育理念,对我国在顺应多元文化国际社会大环境下的大学英语教改升级提出了从教学目标向教育目标迈进的走向,探讨了大学英语教育目标的定位和实现途径,以期为我国大学英语教育的国际化发展提供参考思路。

Stepping Forward from Teaching Objectives to Educational Objectives

Abstract:China's college English teaching reform is facing a new upgrade educational reform after it has achieved staged success in teaching target. After coming systemically the college English reforming achievements and existing problems since 2004, based on The National Long -Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010 -2020) and the concept of general education, the author points out, considering the muhicuhural international social environment, conege English teaching in China should be upgraded from the teaching goal to the education goal. And the orientation and realization of China~ college English education goal are also explored in the paper so as to offer references to internationalized development of college English teaching in China.
