| Abstract: | Aiming at Problems such as low level of knowledge sharing in college on-line educaion activities,this paper describes the corresponding concepts of Community of Practice and its value.Based on this,the planning and construction of Community of Practice model for knowledge sharing in college on-line educaion,the measurements of knowledge sharing level and policies of knowledge sharing promotion are illustrated respectively. |
