大黄中蒽醌成分提取方法

摘    要:
采用浸渍法和超声波法分别对大黄中的蒽醌成分进行了提取,选出了最佳提取工艺条件,并对两种提取方法的提取率进行了比较,得出超声波法提取率明显高于浸渍法。

Abstract:
Impregnation method and ultrasound method were used to extract the anthraquinone components from the rhubarb,the best extraction conditions were elected,and the extraction rate of the two extraction methods were compared,the extraction rate of ultrasound method was significantly higher than the impregnation method.
