| Abstract: | In the philosophized trend of management,the article borrows Confucius's Medium Theory and Efficiency Theory as its theory base.Referring to ISO9001.2000,based on Haier Corporation's realization of OEC management,the article describes the process and advantages of TPP's management model. Moreover,the article probes into the utilization of TPP's management model in contemporary Human resource management. |
