| 摘 要： | 采用薄层扫描法对抗肾衰胶囊中的大黄素进行含量测定。其结果测得样品含量为9.12%,平均水样回收率为102.6%,精密度为1.31%,实验证明此方法可靠、准确、操作简便,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | This paper discussed content determination of frangulic acid in the antinephasthe-nia capsule by TLC.Results:the content of samples is9.12%,the average recovery of water sample is102.6%,precision is1.31%,the experiment proved the method is reliable,exactly and convenient,could be used to control the quality of this medicine. |
