| 摘 要： | 目前曲靖市的农村社会保障工作取得了良好的效果，在农村合作医疗方面所取得的成绩尤其突出。但是，目前曲靖市的农村社会保障也主要存在着缺乏立法保障、管理水平低和保障水平比较低三个方面的问题。这些问题如果不解决好，将会不利于和谐社会的构建。
