| 摘 要： | 研究了不使捕食者灭绝的情况下一个开放式的捕食模型．对系统平衡点的稳定性进行了定性分析，得到了平衡点的局部和全局稳定性，也得到了系统的生物和经济平衡点．并用最大值原理讨论了最优收策略问题．

| Abstract: | An open access prey-predator system in the presence of a predator is considered.We qualitatively analyse the stability of the equilibria.The local stability and global stability of the system are derived and the biological and economic equilibria of the system are obtained.An optimal harvesting policy is discussed by using the Pantryanin's Maximum Principle. |
