| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肝移植的可行性,适应症;禁忌症及术后并发症防治。方法:对国内、外文献进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:肝移植数量和质量逐年提高,手术并发症逐年下降,存活率逐年提高。结论:国内肝移植已进入国际先进行列,终末期肝硬化是目前肝移植的首要适应症;活体肝移植解决供肝不足导致患者在等待肝移植时死亡的问题,特别适应儿童肝移植。

| Abstract: | Objectives: To discuss the feasibility,indication,contraindication,and prevention complication of the liver transplant.Methods: To review,analyze and summarize the related literatures at home and abroad.Results: The quality and quantity of liver transplant had been increased year by year,and the complications had been decreased,the survival rate had increased year after year.Conclusion: The liver transplant operation in domestic has achieved the international advanced level and the most indication is late heptosclerosis. |
