提出了将结构方程模型与贝叶斯网络相结合, 对因果关系进行预测和诊断的方法. 该方法既发挥了结构方程模型基于理论的实证证实能力, 又突出了贝叶斯网络处理非线性关系及预测和诊断的能力, 有利于管理决策的制定. 进一步将该方法应用到质量管理实践与绩效关系的研究中, 明确了质量管理实践、质量绩效和企业绩效间的影响关系, 为企业有效的质量决策提供了依据. 该方法同样可应用于顾客关系管理、风险评价等领域.

Using Bayesian network to evaluate the effect of quality management practices on performance
