王庄煤矿选煤厂浮选系统改造方案浅析

针对王庄煤矿选煤厂浮选系统中浮选精煤产率低、精矿浓度低、精煤粒度细、泡沫不易碎,而且精矿缓冲池缓冲能力有限的生产现状,提出了两套改造方案,根据计算分析结果,指出浮选改造的经济效益十分显著。

Analysis on the Transformation Scheme of Flotation System in the Preparation Plant of Wangzhuang Coal Mine

This paper deals with manufacturing status of flotation system in the preparation plant of Wang Zhuang Coal Mine that the washed coal yield is lower,the concentrate density is lower,the washed coal＇s particle size is more fine,the bubble is not easy to break,and the concentrate capacity of the buffer pool is limited,and proposes two sets of transformation schemes to solve these problems,and based on the results of the calculation and analysis,points out that the economic benefit of the flotation transformation c is remarkable.
