大型电除尘器钢结构宽大梁有限元分析

摘    要:
根据某型号电除尘器钢结构主要部件宽大梁的结构特点,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS,建立了有限元模型,采用波前法对宽大梁进行了有限元分析,研究了在各种栽荷共同作用下宽大梁结构应力(应变)以及位移(变形)情况。结果表明,分析计算具有较高精度,所建模型和采用的计算方法合理,可进一步用于电除尘器钢结构的优化设计。

Abstract:
Based on the construction features of the large crossbeam in the steel structures of a type of electrostatic precipitator, a finite element model is established with large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the structure stress (strain) and displacement (deformation) of the crossbeam under all sorts of loads are analyzed with frontal solution method. The results indicate that analysis is relatively accurate, the finite element model and the analysis method is appropriate. The result can be further used for optimization design of the electrostatic precipitator steel structures.
