摘    要:针对Brilliant anti-tank submunition(BAT)舵效率不足,不能有效转入平飞的问题,首先基于气动工程估算的方法计算气动数据,通过与风洞实验数据对比,证明了估算结果的准确性. 估算结果与风洞实验结果同时说明BAT外形舵效率较低,无法提供足够的俯仰过载,弹道仿真进一步表明原外形BAT不能有效地转入平飞. 针对BAT外形舵效率较低的情况,尝试通过对外形的改变来提升舵效率,包括增加弹翼弦长和展长及改变舵位置. 结果表明这些改变均可不同程度上消除原有不足. 进一步研究发现将原副翼舵面改变成尾舵后,可以大幅提升全弹的可用俯仰过载,使BAT机动能力有效提升. 弹道仿真表明外形改进后的BAT可用过载增大,高度变化平滑,可以有效地转入平飞.

Abstract:In order to solve the problems that rudder efficiency of brilliant anti-tank submunition (BAT) was insufficient and the BAT could not effectively transfer to level flight, the aerodynamic force data were calculated firstly based on an aerodynamic engineering estimation method. Comparing with the experiment data in wind tunnel, the precision of the aerodynamic data was confirmed. Both results of the experiment and estimation show that the rudder efficiency of brilliant anti-tank submunition is at low level and it can not get in enough pitch overload. Moreover, the trajectory simulation shows that the original BAT can't change into level flight smoothly. To improve the rudder efficiency, the appearance of the BAT was modified, including the change of chord length,wing length and the position of the rudder. The results show that all the modifications can improve the rudder efficiency. Furthermore, after moving the rudder to the tail, the pitch overload can increase relatively. At the same time the performance of the BAT was enhanced. The trajectory simulation shows the modified BAT's overload increased and it also can change into level flight smoothly.
