供水库群的聚合分解协调模型

摘    要:针对供水库群联合调度的多水源多用户水资源配置问题,选择供水过程均匀为系统目标函数,基于大系统聚合分解理论,设计了一种对供水水库群聚合分解协调的算法.在此基础上,为了充分发挥库群的联合调度能力,使库群的调度过程具有可控性,提出了一种基于优先度的调度方案.与经典的分解协调法相比,聚合分解协调法具有较强的实用性.

Abstract:The study is performed to deal with the problem of water resources allocation in joint operation of feeding reservoir group with multiple users and multiple water sources.With a uniform water supply process taken as the objective function,a water resources allocation model was developed based on the theory of aggregation and decomposition of large-scale system,which provided a new hierarchical aggregation-decomposition-coordination algorithm for feeding reservoir group.A joint operation scheme was proposed based on priority to make full use of the storage of feeding reservoir group and to make the operation process controllable.A case study performed for comparison of the conventional decomposition-coordination method with the aggregation-decomposition-coordination method shows that the present method is of high applicability.
