摘    要:身体运动对依赖于运动强度,运动持续时间和身体素质而变化的生殖激素具有一定的作用范围。一般来说,持续时间相对短的大强度运动可使血清睾酮水平提高,并改变其它激素的水平,但包括血液浓缩程度和体内激素廓清的降低抑或合成的加强等均使问题复杂变化。内分泌激素在机体对运动的反应和适应方面起到举足轻重的作用,同时影响着运动后恢复阶段。

Abstract:Exercise has a range of effects on reproductive function depending upon the intensity and duration of the activity and the fitness of the individual. it appears that relatively short, intense physical activity in creases serum testosterone levels and changes other hormones,but there is debate to what degree hemoconcentration and decreased clearance and/or increased synthesis are involved. Endogenous hormones are essential for physiological reaction and adaptations during physical work and influence the recovery phase after exercise by modulating anabolic or catabolic processes. This paper provides the last details of achievement in this research field.
