公和斜拉桥施工控制

摘    要:公和斜拉桥为双层单索面独塔混凝土桥,首次将滑动模架法应用在斜拉桥主梁施工中.采用该法可以节省工期.为了确保新老块件接缝处的受力安全,提出了在混凝土浇注前采用单支撑、单吊挂系统,混凝土浇注后采用双支撑、单吊挂系统方案,并在索力调整中,采用二次张拉方案,实现了主梁标高和索力双控的目的,达到了事先确定的标高和索力控制目标.

Abstract:It is the first time for movable scaffolding equipment to be used in the construction of main girder of Gonghe cable-stayed bridge which is a single stay surface, single tower cable-stayed bridge. This method can decrease the construction period. In order to guarantee the safety of connection of new concrete subsection and the old one, a concept is put forward that the single-support & single-suspension system is adopted before casting concrete, and the double-support & single-suspension system is adopted after casting concrete. In the adjustment of cable force, double-tension is adopted. The purpose of the desired value on main girder elevation and cable force comes true at the same time.
