污泥中硝化细菌富集培养技术的研究

通过对某污水处理厂二沉池的活性污泥进行培养，使污泥中异养菌数量减少。硝化细菌数量增加，成为优势菌。试验结果证明在培养基中加入活性炭填料及适量有机物是促进硝化细菌富集生长的可行方法，其中盐度和pH值是两个重要的条件。

Study on Enrichment Culture Technique of Nitrobacteria in Sludge

The culture of active sludge of secondary sedimentation tank of a s ew age treatment plant makes the amount of heterotroph in the sludge be reduced and the amount of nitrobacteria be increased and become the dominating one. The tes t results show that adding active carbon fillings and appropriate amount of orga nic matters into substratum is a feasible method for promoting the enrichment an d growth of nitrobacteria, in which the salinity and pH value are the two import ant conditions.
