| 摘 要： | 针对离散型制造业企业信息化的技术规划和推广应用两个关键问题,根据这类企业的管理和业务特点,采用业务流程模型和数据关系模型并行分析的方法,给出了"提高规划层次"和"进行常态管理"的信息化规划策略和技术规划流程,提出了"企业为主,全员参与""技术恰当,注重整体"和"形成闭环,一次切换"的信息化系统应用策略,同时给出了解决"设计和工艺数据传递""物料编码规范维护""计划的编制反馈"和"业务规范化"几个离散型制造业企业信息化难点问题的方法。
