| Abstract: | In this paper,a system of drawing automatically for secondary structure of RNA with pseudoknots is introduced and dealing with free energy.Realizing this approach by means of software,the secondary structure of RNA with pseudoknots represented by matched pair of alkaline base can become automatically picture play and give the picture output directly by printer. |
