蜜枣对流干燥传质特性的研究

摘    要:分析了影响蜜枣传质特性的因素.对蜜枣在间歇干燥过程中间歇前后的干燥速率进行了对比,得出了蜜枣对流干燥的最佳工况,建立了蜜枣干燥的数学模型,其模型与试验结果吻合较好.

Abstract:The factors which affect candied dates' mass transfer with foundation in experiments have been analyzed.By comparing the candied dates' before-intermittence with after-intermittence drying rates in the process of intermittent drying.The optimum operation of candied dates' convectional drying and established the mathematical model of it have been-found out.The mathematical model and the experiment result comply well with each other.
