圆柱度误差的数学描述及其测量理论

摘    要:圆柱度误差的测量和评定,是进行机床故障诊断和加工误差补偿的基础。该文提出了一套圆柱度误差实时测量的新方法。通过最小二乘逼近,经数学处理推导出圆柱工件表面轮廓形状的函数表达式,并分析了各系数的物理意义。

Abstract:In the diagnosis of the failures in machine tools and thecompensation of machining error, it is very important to measure andevaluate cylindricity error. In this paper, a real-time method forcylindricity error measuring is presented. By use of the least squareapproximation principle, the mathematics expression of the configu-ration of cylinder face is obtained and the physical explanation is giv-en.
