多回路压力测控系统设计

摘    要:本文以 80C198单片机为核心,通过对流体压力传感器、变送器输出的标准工业信号进行变换和处理,利用单片机中的 10位 A/D转换部件进行四通道压力采集,经数据处理和模糊控制算法调节后,由高速输出部件(HSO)输出四路压力控制信号和两路越限告警信号,实现了对多回路压力的精确测量与控制,并通过键盘显示器实现测控功能的选择、参数的在线修改和实时显示等.文中给出了详细的硬件原理电路和软件设计思路.

Abstract:Using 80C198 single microcomputer as a contral controller ) the multiloop pressure accurate measuring and controlling system has been designed in this paper. By converting and processing the industrial standard signals from pressure's transducers, four channel pressure signals can be detected by A/D unit of the microcomputer. Through data processing and fuzzy controlling, four control signals and two over limit alarm signals are output by HSO unit. The measuring and controlling functions can be selected by keyboard. The real time parameters are displayed on LED. The detailed design of hardware and software has been given in this paper.
