摘    要:以草本类植物中的稻草和毛竹为原料,采用酶解/温和酸解法来分离草本类木素,制得酶解/温和酸解木素(EMAL).运用元素分析、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振定量磷谱(31P-NMR)等手段对两种EMAL的化学结构和性能进行表征,同时利用热重-傅里叶红外光谱联用(TG-FTIR)和热解-气相色谱/质谱联用(Py-GC/MS)技术研究EMAL的热裂解特性.发现:稻草的聚戊糖和抽出物含量较高,而毛竹的纤维素和木素含量较高;稻草EMAL含有丰富的愈创木基(G型)结构单元,毛竹EMAL主要以紫丁香基(S型)结构单元为主;毛竹EMAL在384℃出现一个明显的失重峰,而稻草EMAL热解时分别在270和384℃出现明显失重峰;两种木素化学结构的差异会影响EMAL的热解性质和热解产物.

Abstract:Two representative herbaceous plants,namely,rice straw and bamboo,were selected as the materials to produce two kinds of enzymatic/mild acidolysis lignin(EMAL) by isolating lignin via an enzymatic/mild acidolysis process.Then,the chemical structure and properties of the products were characterized by means of elemental ana-lysis,FT-IR and quantitative 31P-NMR,and the pyrolysis characteristics of the products were investigated by means of TG-FTIR and Py-GC/MS.The results show that(1) rice straw contains more...
