小麦苗期生理生化指标抗旱性的初步研究

测试了小麦苗期抗旱性生理生化指标，利用聚类分析对品种的抗旱性进行了分类。结果表明，测定时期、某些指标适应的作物不同等原因造成不同指标反应的抗旱性结果不同；可溶性糖含量、叶绿素荧光强度、过氧化氢（物）酶活性、束缚水含量与生理生化指标分析得到的抗旱性结果较一致。

Initial Study on Drought Resistance of Physiological and Biochemical Index in Seedling Stage of Aestivum

Experiment on physiological and biochemical index of drought resistance of wheat in its seedling stage has been made by using cluster analysis to classify the drought resistance for these varieties. Results improve that experiment time, some index adapt to different wheat and other reasons could cause different results of drought resistance reflected by different index; The content of the dissolubility candy, the intensity of the chlorophyll fluorescence, the active of the CAT and POD, the content of the bound water relatively accord with the results of drought resistance are analyzed by the physiological and biochemical index.
