| 摘 要： | 以辽宁省1997～2010年高等教育投入产出为研究对象,选取教职工人数、教育经费投入、研发经费的投入作为投入指标,选取本专科在校生人数、研究生在校生人数与专利授权数作为产出指标.利用DEA的CCR模型和超效率模型对辽宁省高等教育效率进行测评,1997与1998年为非DEA有效,规模收益递增,1999～2010年为DEA有效,规模收益不变.利用超效率模型能够对所有决策单元进行评价和排序,辽宁省高等教育效率由1999年扩招前的非DEA有效变成扩招后的DEA有效,并且投入产出效率呈逐年平稳上升之势. |

| Abstract: | In this paper, the problem of efficiency evaluation of higher education in Liaoning Province is addressed. The numbers of teaching staff, education funding and research and development expen- ses are regarded as the input indexes. The numbers of junior college students, undergraduate and graduate students and the numbers of patent licenses are considered as the output indexes. Using CCR model based on DEA method, the results show that efficiency evaluation of higher education is Non-DEA efficiency in 1997 and 1998,increasing returns to scale. It＇s DEA efficiency from 1999 to 2010,constant returns to scale. By the super efficiency model, all of the decision making units are e- valuated and ordered. Higher education efficiency in Liaoning province is ineffective for DEA before 1999. When the enrolment is expandeds, it is effective after 1999. Efficiency of input and output is increasingly stable year by year. |
