| 摘 要： | 本文利用音素分段技术处理ＬＰＣ－１０算法的过渡帧。将音素过渡点位置编码传输同时不增加编码位数。试验表明本算法的性能比传统ＬＰＣ－１０有很显著的改善。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new approach to processing the frame of transition in the LPC-10 algorithm based-on phonetic segmentation technique. The proposed scheme encodes and transmits the position of the transition points but no increasing coding bitrate. The experiment shows the performance of the LPC-10 has obviously improved. |
