高比表面SiO_2微粉的制备及微孔形成机理

摘    要:采用化学沉淀法合成超细SiO2,并用氮吸附静态容量法(BET)测量了样品的氮吸附等温线,计算出BET比表面和孔分布,用透射电镜观测了微孔的形态,对高比表面和微孔的形成进行了初步的探讨.

Abstract:The present paper covers the preparation method of SiO2 powder with high surface area,The nitrogen adsorption isotherm for the sample was measured by means of nitrogen adsorption static capacity method. The BET surface area and pore size distribution data were calculated and the morphology of the porous solid powder was observed by means of TEM. The pore formation mechanisms were primary discussed.
