摘    要:基于三相交流电机变频调速单片智能芯片MC3PHAC和6输出高压栅极驱动器IR2133,设计了应用于小容量三相交流电机的变频调速系统.电路实现简单方便、成本低、工作可靠,具有一定的通用性.

Abstract:A design of ac motor system used in low-power motor based on a high-performance monolithic intelligent motor controller of MC3PHAC and IR2133, a high voltage, high speed power driver with six output channels, is presented. The system has simple circuit, low cost and high work reliability, and extensive application fields.
