| 摘 要： | １９９３年１０月对牧养在高山草场的４７头１．５岁和４．５岁的九龙公、母牦牛的生理生化指标进行了测定，颈静脉采集血样，测定常规血液生理指标及血清蛋白质含量、血清多种酶、血清电解质、血清脂类、血糖和肝功能等２０余项生化指标。公母牦牛间和不同年龄间在许多生化指标上均无显著的差异性，本文对九龙牦牛生理生化指标的系统测试，为开发九龙牦牛选育提供一重要依据。

| Abstract: | The physiological and biochemical indices of fourty-seven Jiulong Yaks(1.5 years and4. 5 years of age) were determined in Oct. 1993. blood samples were collected from neck veins of theyaks pastured on alpine meadow. Besides the determination of normal physiologlcal indices,20 indicessuch as the content fof serum protein,enzymes,electrolytes,fat and sugar, and liver function weretested in this study. The result shows that the significant difference is neither between different sexesnor between different ages. The study result will Drovide an important theoretical basis to Jiulong Yakselection and breeding in the future. |
