| Abstract: | Using the principles of agricultural ecology and system engineering, following the sustainable development principle, and through the analysis and diagnosis on the water resources and present water-saving situation in Liaoning Province, this paper advances some countermeasures of carrying out the agricultural water-saving strategy and utilizing the water resource in a sustainable way adapted to Liaoning Province. |
