改革开放以来我国高校反腐倡廉建设的理论检视

改革开放以来我国高校反腐倡廉建设历程,大致可以分为三个阶段：序幕阶段,起步阶段,发展阶段;通过分析,不难发现改革开放以来高校反腐倡廉建设的发展态势,即高校反腐倡廉建设的地位日益凸显、形势日趋复杂、制度不断完善;在此基础上,要坚持把反腐倡廉建设与高校教育教育改革结合起来,强化对青年学生的廉洁教育,着力构建标本兼治、惩防并举的制度体系,从而进一步推进高校反腐倡廉建设。

The course of construction of combating corruption and building a clean government in Chinese colleges and universities since reform and opening-up could be divided into three phases： prelude,beginning and development. After analysis,it＇s not difficult to find the development posture of construction of combating corruption and building a clean government in Chinese colleges and universities since reform and opening-up, whose position is foregrounding increasingly, whose situation is becoming complex day by day,and whose system is keeping improving. On this basis,construction of combating corruption and building a clean government should be united with the education reform of colleges and universities;education to young students in probity should be strengthened;and the system that is addressing both symptoms and root causes and that is punishing and preventing together should be constructed fully in order to advance construction of combating corruption and building a clean government in Chinese colleges and universities further.
