基于AHP-DEA模型的新疆生产建设兵团城镇化发展质量测评

新疆生产建设兵团(简称兵团)肩负着屯垦戍边的双重职责,兵团城镇化的发展对实现兵团跨越式发展,维护新疆稳定具有极其重要的作用。同时,城镇化发展水平和发展质量也关系到兵团的未来发展。因此,本文运用多层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)从人口、经济、基础服务设施和环境4个子系统分析近十年来兵团城镇化的发展状况,并构建投入导向型数据包络分析(Data Envelopment Analysis,DEA)模型,分析资源投入产出效率对城镇化空间分布的影响,以从整体上评估兵团城镇化的发展质量。

Evaluation of Urbanization Development of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Based on AHP-DEA Model

The Xinjiang production and Construction Corps (referred to as Corps) has a dual function that is developing and protecting the borderland. The development of urbanization of the XPCC has played an extremely important role in realizing the leaping development of the XPCC and maintaining the stability of Xinjiang. At the same time, the level of urbanization development and quality of development is also related to the future development of Corps. This paper analyzes the development of the urbanization of the Corps in the past ten years from the four subsystems of population, economy, basic service facilities and environment by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and constructs an investment- oriented data envelopment analysis, DEA) model to analyze the effect of resource input- output efficiency on the spatial distribution of urbanization.
