摘    要:该文从单一激活能电偶极子去极化对热刺激电流贡献的物理过程出发,用数值计算方法计算了多激活能级电偶极子去极化对电流的贡献。结果表明当电偶极子间激活能之差小于2kT时,电偶极子可以看作以能级连续分布的形式存在;如果大于2kT,则可按分立存在形式处理。对热刺激电流方程中的超越函数进行分析后,导出了直接从电偶极子热刺激电流上获得其激活能的方法,其与数值计算结果符合得相当好。

Abstract:Having regard to the physical process of thermally stimulated depolariza-tion of the dipoles with a single activation energy, this paper obtaimed the thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) of multi-or continous distribution activation energy dipoles. Numerical calculation results show that if the activation energy differ-ence between dipoles is less than 2kT, the dipoles can be considered to be existing in theform of continuous activation energy distribution, and if larger than 2kT, to be in the form of discrete distribution. Further work on transcendental fimction in TSDC equation has provided a method for directly calculating activation energy from the TSDC of dipoles, which is consistent with the exact numerical calculation results.
