探析傅东华汉译《飘》的语言风格

Study on the linguistic style of Fu Dong-hua＇s translation in Gone with the Wind

The pop novel Gone with the Wind translated by Fu Dong-hua has elegant language and is easy to be understood.Chinese oral and humorous utterances are almost throughout the translation to form the unique linguistic style.But his version has been criticized for its too much domestication for a long time.German translation theorist Katharina Reiss believes that different types of text call for different approaches to translation.Gone with the Wind is a vocative text.It should be loyalty to the reders＇ response and major in domestication.The theory provides a new perspective for the study of Chinese oral and humorous utterances in Fu＇s version.
