LT贸易前中日民间贸易的发展历程

LT贸易之前,中日间的贸易往来由于受到美国对华全面贸易禁运政策的影响,贸易关系陷入僵局。为打破僵局,新中国采取了＂民间先行、以民促官、半官半民＂的外交思路,加强中日民间交往,并在50年代形成了中日间的4次民间贸易协定,为最终形成具有半民半官性质的LT贸易起了积极的促进作用。

The development course of Chinese and Japanese folk trade before LT trade

Before LT trade,due to the impact of the U.S.trade embargo policy,the Chinese-Japanese trade relations came to a deadlock.To break the deadlock,new China adopted the foreign trade policies of＂non-governmental trade goes first,which promotes governmental exchanges,as well as semi-governmental trades＂and strengthened the non-governmental exchanges with Japan.It brought successfully four non-governmental trade agreements between the two nations in 1950s,which played a positive role in the final formation of LT trade with semi-governmental features.
