超声波辅助萃取高粱红色素的研究

摘    要:从高粱壳中提取高粱红色素,通过超声波预处理,采用单因素试验和L9(34)正交试验,考察固液比,提取温度,提取时间,乙醇浓度对高粱红色素提取率的影响。确定最佳提取工艺为:超声波频率20-25 kHz,功率100 W,每次30 s,间隔10 s,超声波输出总时间20 min,固液比1:8,提取温度60℃,提取时间1 h,乙醇浓度75%,最大提取率为15.36%。较传统的乙醇提取法高6.83%。

Abstract:In this study,sorghum pigment is extracted from sorghum shell.Through ultrasonic pretreatment,single factor experiment and L9(34) orthogonal experiment methods are applied to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time,ethanol concentration on the rate of sorghum pigment extraction.The optimal conditions are as follows: ultrasonic frequency 20-25 kHz,power100 W,time 30 s,interval 10 s,the total output time 20min,solid-liquid ratio 1: 8,extraction temperature 60℃,extraction time 1 h,alcohol contraction 75%,the maximum extraction rate 15.36%,which is 6.83% higher than the traditional alcohol extraction.
