学分制下独立学院教学质量测评与监督

独立学院是新生事物,是我国高等教育改革发展过程中的重大探索,但由于在教学过程中缺乏自我测评和质量监督,不同程度的出现的效率不高、工作不到位现象。目前,大多数独立学院已全部或部分实行学分制。那么缺乏自我测评和质量监督的独立学院与学分制这二者的结合会碰撞出什么样的火花？学分制下独立学院的教学质量测评与监督该如何进行？这是本文着力讨论的问题。

Teaching assessment and monitoring of independent colleges under credit system

Independent college is a new-born thing and is an important exploration of the reform and development in higher education. However,due to the lack of self-evaluation and quality supervision,the phenomena of low efficiency and inadequate work appear to different degrees. So it is suggested that we should regard evaluation and monitoring as an essential task of teaching work in independent colleges,combine the two work organically,carry out regulations and rules of putting students first,standardize objectively,lead self-evaluation and quality supervision,set up specific department to implement network self-evaluation and supervision so as to reform its operating mechanism.
