摘    要:运用结构方程模型,结合第三代物流业的特点,通过对现有国际主流客户满意度的模型改进,构建了第三方物流企业客户满意度(TPLCS)模型,并从理论上研究了模型的分析检验和修正,为实证研究提供了良好的理论基础。

Abstract:Combining with the features of the third generation of logistics industry,this article constructs a model of the third party logistics customer satisfaction(TPLCS) by using structural equation model and improving the existing international mainstream customer satisfaction model,and it studies the testing and correction of the model theoretically,which provides a good theoretical basis for empirical studies.
