摘    要:依据老工业搬迁区宜居城市的三个层次建设目标,即宏观层次的宜居城区建设、中观层次的宜居社区建设和微观层次的宜居搬迁地建设,结合沈阳市铁西区宜居城市规划建设的实际,以中观层次的宜居社区新湖社区建设为例,从居住社区外部环境评价和内部环境评价两个方面入手,以基础生活环境配置、自然生态环境保护、人文景观环境营造、公共活动空间预留、建筑物风格及布局以及和谐社区物业管理等六个方面为切入点,对社区宜居性评价指标展开讨论,并给出详细的评价指标描述.

Abstract:Based on the three levels construction targets of livable city in industrial removed area, namely the livable urban district construction of macro-level, livable community construction of mesolevel, and livable removed yield construction of micro-level, combining with the construction practice of Tiexi District of Shenyang, and taking the construction of meso-level in Xinhu community as an example, the external and internal livability evaluation of community are studied. The evaluative framework of six index systems are focused on, which includes infrastructure environment configuration, natural environment quality protection, cultural atmosphere and man-made landscape environment construction, community interaction space construction, building layout and style planning, property management and the construction of harmonious social environment and so on.
