| 摘 要： | 质量是高等教育的生命线。要推进教育事业的发展,必须把不断提高教育教学质量摆在更加突出的位置。高校教师的素质直接影响着高等教育的质量,所以加强高校教师的师魂、师德、师能的培养是至关重要的。这样就必须提高高等学校教师的素质。

| Abstract: | Quality is the life line of advanced education.If we want to improve our education undertaking,we must give prominence to improving teaching and teaching quality.Because the quality of the teachers in universities and colleges will influence the quality of advanced education directly,it is vital to strengthen cultivation of the teachers' soul,virtue and ability.Thus,we must develop the quality of teachers in universities and colleges. |
