| 摘 要： | 在卷烟行业中,立体仓库能够极大地提高劳动生产率。但立体仓库要求物流输送自动化,且多采用高架输送形式。尽管链板输送是工业上常见的一种输送形式,但还没有应用在条烟提升上,因其爬坡斜度不能超过14°,防滑链的爬坡斜度不能超过19°,否则条烟会在链板上打滑。本文介绍了一种链板提升形式,详细分析了链板式提升机的工作原理,阐述了通过间歇分配的方法,实现了条烟的垂直提升。

| Abstract: | In cigarette industry,warehouses can raise labor efficiency extremely.But warehouses require logistics transporting automatic,and are adopted in form of high frame transporting.Chain board transporting is a normal form in industry,but it isn't used in carton elevating,for its lifting slope can't be beyond 14 degree,and the lifting slope of anti-slide can't be over 19 degree,otherwise carton could be slid on chain board.This thesis introduces a new form of chain elevator,analyzing the process theory of this chain elevator in detail,discussing how to realize carton vertically elevating by the way of intermittence distribution. |
