从浆纱回潮率探讨浆纱节能

摘    要:本文根据上浆率、浆料配方和各种浆料成分、棉。涤纶各自的回潮率,进行理论计算和实际测定表明,目前工厂在制织棉/涤65/35比例织物时,浆纱回潮率控制在3.5%是偏低的,认为可将其提高到5%左右,在保证浆纱质量和布机效果的前提下达到节约能源的目的。

Abstract:Theoretical calculation and experimental determination on the species of size, sizing quantity and the moisture regain of cotton and polyester showed that when producing fabrics of 65% cotton-35% polyester in the mill, the moisture regain should be raised to 5% instead of the currently used 3. 5%. Benefit in energy-saving can be obtained without influencing the quality of the sized yarn and the efficiency of the loom.
