摘    要:建立了一套快速繁殖一种航天诱变凤仙花突变株的方法,该突变株花型似玫瑰或茶花状,花色为粉红或粉红与红色的杂色.研究表明以带腋芽的茎段作为外植体在培养基1/2 MS+KT 1.0 mg/L +NAA 0.01 mg/L上培养,在两周后发育成再生小植株,且长势良好.在此培养基上经过30 d的继代培养后,再生植株可以移栽并高效存活.通过此方法可以高效快速地繁殖该航天诱变植株.

Abstract:An efficient method was established for rapid in vitro propagation of Impatiens balsamina mosaic flower mutant induced by space flight using stems with lateral buds as explants. The results showed that stems with lateral buds cultured on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing macroelements at 1/2 concentration, the microelements and vitamins at full concentration, supplemented with KT (kinetin) 1.0 mg/L and NAA (a-naphthalene acetic acid) 0.01 mg/L could directly generate regenerated young plantlets within 2 weeks and grew well and quickly. After 30 day culture, these stems grew into plantlets in the same medium and could be transplanted to garden soil.
