| 摘 要： | 新军事变革和海军建设整体转型对舰船装备器材管理提出了新的要求,如何进一步提高舰船装备器材管理水平、加强海军舰船装备技术保障能力,是海军舰船装备器材管理面临的紧迫课题。文中从海军舰船装备器材管理面临的形势入手,分析了目前海军舰船装备器材管理中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了提高海军舰船装备器材管理水平的对策措施。

| Abstract: | With the new revolution in military affairs and the naval overall transformation, higher requirements on the material management of ship equipment are put forward. How to further improve the material management of ship equipment and enchance the technical support capabilities of naval ship equipment is an urgent task faced by the material management of naval ship equipment. In this paper, the current problems are analyzed from the material management situation of naval ship equipment, and some countermeasures are put forward as well. |
