| 摘 要： | 装备资金是军队装备建设的"血液",关系到部队战斗力提高和军事斗争准备任务的完成,是预防职务犯罪的重点所在。文中从装备资金管理的一般管理、特殊规律、规章制度落实、人才队伍建设、安全管理理念等方面对预防装备资金管理领域职务犯罪问题进行了探讨,提出了相关对策。

| Abstract: | Equipment fund, as the ＂blood＂ of military equipment construction, having a large influnce on the improvement of battle effectiveness of the corps and the fulfillment of warfare preparation of the forces, is the core of preventing malfeasance crimes. On the standpoint of capital management in terms of the general management, the particular laws, the effectiveness of bylaws, the construction of the personnel and the logos of security management, this thesis explores the problem of preventing malfeasance crime in the realms of military equipment monetary management, and correlative countermeasures are presented. |
