摘    要:知识经济时代 ,知识成为构建和保持组织创新能力、适应能力、学习能力以至核心竞争能力的唯一源泉 ,理论界和管理界对组织如何更好利用知识创造价值进行了大量而深入的研究 ,并且也得出了许多重要的研究成果 ,但是已有的研究都存在着共同的缺点 ,即缺乏对知识增长过程的机理分析 ,这就难以揭示知识在组织中运动和作用的内在规律 ,本文正是在这种背景下分析了知识所具有的生物活性 ,运用仿生学的理论 ,借鉴生物发酵过程 ,提出了组织学习和个人学习的知识发酵模型 ,该模型对进一步探讨知识的特性和指导组织进行知识管理具有重要的指导意义

Abstract:In knowledge economy era,knowledge has been recognized by organizations as the sole source from which organizations can remain their ability of innovating,adapting and learning.Both theory and practice circles have studied how organizations can make good use of the knowledge they own and these studies have produced plentiful fruits.However none of the current researches has analyzed the intrinsic truth of how knowledge moves and interacts within organizations,accordingly,they can not open out the gate from which organizations can better manage the knowledge they own.Under these circumstance ,this paper analyzes the living characteristics that knowledge bears.A fter that,making use of bionic theory,this paper puts forward knowledge fermenting models about organizational learning and individual learning respectively.These models can be made use of in organization learning and knowledge management and ultimately create value
