| Abstract: | In this paper, we use the methods of hierarchy analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to making the appraisal of comprehensive quality on professional managers, basing on the building of the Comprehensive Quality Assessment System, and determining their salary based on the result of the appraisal of comprehensive quality on professional managers. |
