江苏省工业经济地域行业“八五”规划研究

本文运用多目标规划原理．选择工业利税总额、资金总额和总产值作为目标．并考虑了能源、原材料消耗、资金投入总量、劳动生产率、劳动力以及地区行业结构的约束．构建了江苏省工业经济地域行业“八五”规划模型．计算结果表明．经过地域行业结构调整．在总资金投入不变的前提下．优化后的工业总产值比优化前可提高3．41％．利税总额可提高3．45％．劳动生产率可提高5％．

Study of Regional Industrial Economic Pinning of Jiangsu Province

A goal programming model for regional industrial economic planning of Jiangsu Province is developed in this paper,using the principle of goal programming.In the model the total industral profit and tax,the total capital of industry and the gross value of industral output are selected as goals and energy,raw materals,capital input,labour productivity,labour and regional industral structure are considered as constraints.The results show that with the same total capital input the gross value of industrial output after optimization of the industrial structure will increase by 3.41 percent,the total industrial profit and tax will increase by 3.45 percent and labour productivity will increase by 5 pre- cent.
