| Abstract: | Since China's west is poor,we should give priority to education development when carrying out the large-scale ddevelopment strategy in China's west.Modern distance education is the best choice for producing a new type of personnel resource. These men power can serve the grand strategy for the development of China's west, which can also push forward the development of the distance education in return. |
